Another exciting reuniting saw La Rioja finalists Valentino Libaak and Leandro Augsburger making their competitive return, although they were eliminated in three sets on Wednesday by Salva Oria and Nacho Vilariño.
In worse news, both Javi Leal and Alejandro Arroyo had to withdraw from their respective matches because of injury. Leal suffered a foot injury, while Arroyo had shoulder problems that forced him to forfeit.
