Number ones Juan Lebrón and Alejandro Galán have reached the Vigo Open 2022 final after beating Sanyo Gutiérrez and Agustín Tapia on Saturday.

The Spaniard got their revenge for two weeks prior, when Gutiérrez and Tapia beat them in the Reus Open final in straight sets.

Lebrón and Galán will now fight Paquito Navarro and Martín Di Nenno for the Vigo crown on Sunday.

Lebrón and Galán broke in the very first game of the match, an advantage they would hold on to for the entirety of the first set. It finished 6-3 to them after 43 minutes.

The second set was a lot closer, Tapia and Gutiérrez getting back in the match but never being able to take the next step.

Eventually, Lebrón and Galán got the decisive break and won the semi-final 6-3 6-4 after an hour and 20 minutes.
