Josemaria and Sanchez become only the second women's couple to ever win ten titles in one season after Triay and Alejandra Salazar in 2022, who won 12 tournaments.
The Spaniards were serving for the set before being broken by Ortega and Triay, before winning the set on their rivals' service in the following game.
'Ari y Paula' would go on to win the second set via a single break to make it ten titles for the season, heading into the month-long summer break several thousand points clear at the top of the rankings.
They also successfully defended their title in Malaga at the Martin Carpena from 2022, when they bested Triay and Salazar.
