Campagnolo and Garrido, back for their second stint as a couple, dispatched 'Tonet' Sans and Teo Zapata 6-2 6-1 at centre court in Toulouse, putting themselves into Thursday's round of 16 already.
Two qualifying couples featured as well but neither managed to muster an upset win, both Mario Huete and Adrian Marques as well as Javi Martinez and Jorge Ruiz being sent home on Tuesday.
Jaime Muñoz and Miguel Lamperti continue their struggles as well, losing in the round of 32 to 'Xisco' Gil and Ramiro Moyano.
