Chingotto and Navarro got their revenge for the Granada Open quarter-finals, when Ruiz and Tello ran away victors after two quick sets.
The four-seed came back from a break down to win the first set, and after conceding the second, swept the final frame with three breaks in a row.
They advance to their second semi-final together, where they will face Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk.
