Belluati and Lamperti saw an early exit in Abu Dhabi two weeks ago, but managed to be among the final eight couples in the north of Argentina.
Their fellow countrymen and four-seed Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk continued their fine form as well, making the quarter-finals in a smash-and-grab victory on court 2.
