The Alayeto twins bested the three-seed in straight sets, another surprise in this week of padel on the southeast coast of Spain.
Four times the number ones, Mapi and Majo won 6-4 and 7-5 against title winners Brea and Gonzalez, causing heartbreak especially for the hometown hero Gonzalez.
