Several records were broken on the court in La Rioja, like Valentino Libaak becoming the youngest-ever finalist in World Padel Tour and over 13.000 people watching Saturday's semi-finals at the Super Domo.

Off the court, the record books were ripped up as well in many categories on WPT's streaming platform WorldPadelTourTV.

Highest peaks and most viewers

Thursday's round of 16 action saw Paquito Navarro and Juan Tello face teenage wild cards Valentino Libaak and Leandro Augsburger.

It was a hotly anticipated match. So much so, that the record for the highest number of people watching at the same time, or 'peak', was broken.

A record set only two weeks prior in Abu Dhabi, when 35.000 people tuned in for Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan against Miguel Yanguas and Alejandro Arroyo.

Here, over 44.000 people were watching at the same time as Libaak and Augsburger shockingly defeated the three-seed in straight sets.

As was the case for Abu Dhabi, over 1.500.000 views were accrued across all live broadcasts during the week - although slightly more in La Rioja.

Additionally, over 750.000 unique users tuned over the length of the week, which is a record for the ever-growing 'OTT' platform.
