The two re-united couples making their second debuts this week, 'Lucho' Capra and Maxi Sanchez as well as Lucas Campagnolo and Javi Garrido, both advanced as well.
Mike Yanguas and Fernando Belasteguin did need three sets against Valentino Libaak and Marc Quilez, but advance, taking on Jon Sanz and Coki Nieto in the quarter-finals.
