Ortega and Triay will form the two-seed in Toulouse, behind number ones Paula Josemaria and Ariana Sanchez, fresh off their win at the Cervezas Victoria Marbella Master 2023.

Following her quarter-final exit in Marbella, Salazar announced she would take some time away from competition as she heals a chronic elbow injury, ruling her out for an unspecified amount of time.

2022 saw Salazar and Triay being crowned champions in Toulouse as well as Franco Stupaczuk and Pablo Lima, the latter couple beating Juan Lebron and Alejandro Galan on the day.

However, both Salazar and Lebron will not be able to defend their respective points as they are both ruled out with injury.

Number ones in the ranking and The Race Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia will not travel to Toulouse after picking up their ninth title of the year in Marbella, meaning that Martin Di Nenno and Franco Stupaczuk will form the one-seed. They face Marc Quilez and Valentino Libaak in the first round in France.

Behind them are Jon Sanz and Alejandro Galan, who reached the quarter-final at the Cervezas Victoria Marbella Master in their first tournament together. The Spaniards play Lucas Bergamini and Victor Ruiz in the round of 32

A notable change of couples sees Juan Martin Diaz and Agustin Silingo go their separate ways. Silingo has turned to Alvaro Cepero to form the 21st-seeded duo, while Diaz will play with Jairo Bautista as the 26th-seed.

The wild cards slots are filled by Ben Tison and Victor Mena on one hand, with Thomas Leygue and Bastien Blanque on the other. Watch the full draw below!

As is often the case when a new top seed forms like the one of Ortega and Triay, there has been a snowball effect looking down the rankings.

Ortega's now former partner Sofia Araujo will carry on the season with Jessica Castello as the seven-seed, while Claudia Jensen will play with Veronica Virseda as the number eight-seeded duo in France.

As it is an Open 1000, the top four women's seeds are automatically through to the round of 16. Check out the full draw below!
