Delfi Brea and Bea Gonzalez took on five-seed Aranza Osoro and Lucia Sainz, coming off their first title together since the 2019 San Javier Challenger.
Brea and Gonzalez needed little more than an hour to secure passage to the final four, and the same went for three-seed Ortega and Araujo.
The Spanish-Portuguese tandem faced Mapi and Majo Sanchez Alayeto, but the twins could not manage to do any significant damage to the favourites.
